CYCED is designed for all fitness levels. If there is something that you aren’t comfortable with, don’t do it. Take a seat in the saddle and listen to YOUR body. If you need a break, take it! It gets easier, we promise (we all started with our first class!).

What should I wear?
Plus icon

Comfortable, sweat-wicking fabric is recommended along with form-fitting shorts/pants that won’t interfere with the pedals.

Do I need special shoes?

Spin shoes ARE required are available for rent for $2, but some sizes are limited. Our bikes are SPD and LOOK DELTA compatible only. We also sell Shimano and TIEM shoes if you prefer your own pair.

Socks and water. We also have water filling stations available should you run out. Forgot your water and socks? No problem, we have them available for purchase at the front desk.

What do I do when I get there?
Plus icon

Check in with our fabulous front desk staff! They will have a waiver ready for you to sign, as well as a sign in sheet to claim your assigned bike. They can hook you up with shoes if you need them, and answer any questions you may have. Our CYCED team will help you set up your bike properly and clip into the pedals, so please arrive at least 15 minutes early and let the front desk know it’s your first ride.

What else does CYCED provide?
Plus icon

We provide towels for your ride (get ready to sweat!) and have lockers for your personal belongings, on site bathrooms, one well-appointed shower (complete with toiletries and towels), a hairdryer, hair ties, earplugs, deodorant and everything in between.

How do I reserve a bike?
Plus icon

Create an account for yourself and continue on to the purchase page. Choose your desired package. If you are a first time rider, call our fabulous front desk or ask one of our instructors for a promo code so you can get your first class half off. From there, click the reserve button and choose your class. You can even choose your bike! If this is your first time in the CYCED studio, we recommend that you book on the second or third row. Most front row riders are seasoned riders and you can learn a lot from watching them in front of you.

What if I need to cancel?
Plus icon

In order to avoid a penalty, you must cancel your class at least 8 hours before your scheduled class. If you cancel within the 8 hour window, your class will be forfeited. You can cancel by logging into your CYCED account and clicking “unreserve”. You can also call our fabulous front desk staff. Be sure to leave a voicemail if you call outside of our open hours. You can read our full cancellation policy here.

Plus icon

If you do not show to class or call to cancel, your class is forfeited and non-refundable.

What if I'm running late? Will you still hold my bike?
Plus icon

Yes, but once class starts, please allow a member of our staff to escort you to your bike to minimize disruptions. Please note that we release bikes to those that are waitlisted EXACTLY 2 minutes prior to the start of class. If you are running late, give us a call to ensure we hold your bike.
