Our story

Owners of CYCED Studio
CYCED was built to bring people together. A head space to clear out anything not serving you well and a heart space to fall in love with the feeling that clipping in gives you over and over again.

Local dentists and cycling enthusiasts Sara and Ali Golshani created a space that they knew the community would crave. A place where we lift each other up, strangers become friends and CYCED becomes family.

CYCED combines beat-based challenges that ignite your soul and pull your body into the rhythm one pedal stroke at a time.

Adaptive Riders

“Fitness for all” is not a meaningless cliché at CYCED. We’re the first boutique fitness studio to offer modified bikes that allow people with physical challenges to participate in a group cycling class, including individuals with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease) and athletes who live with paralysis or use wheelchairs.

Group exercise has many benefits, including reducing depression and improving strength and stamina.  We proudly support The ALS Association of Texas and offer fundraisers and philanthropic events to benefit Adaptive Riders in our community.

CYCED implemented the latest technology in concert quality sound and acoustics and combined it with countless professionally developed custom light shows. A class in our stadium styled studio is an immersive experience unlike anything else.
